ABOUT ME

I believe that we all have stories that we carry with us.  Some of these stories build us up and some bring us down. I also believe that we are relational beings who are trying to maintain an individual identity as well as the identity we hold in relationship. My own story of brought me to Seattle where I received my Masters in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University. My story has been filled with personal grief of past self, sadness of friendships evolving, joy of the life I am in now, connection with my body and needs and the constant tension of change and being someone who holds my place of birth, Mississippi, in her heart, while calling Tacoma home.
